I was trying to download a couple new mods and in the middle of downloading them the game froze up and just wouldn't finish the download. I rebooted CiV and it didn't try to download the mods again, nor were they finished downloading.
I unsubscribed to the mod resub to try and download again but it won't even attempt to download them when I do that. I reinstalled the game from scratch and it didn't fix it either, I'm assuming there is a file under roaming for downloaded mods. Any idea which file it is?
