I downloaded the mod, but when the game starts, components are turned off:

there are names of components like DCM_STACK_ATTACK for example.
You need to change value in <iDefineIntVal> tag under name of compnent.
0=Disabled
1=Enabled
Just in case you haven't noticed this, you can also switch some components on/off in the custom game window (scroll to the bottom of the list where all those no barbarian options etc. are).
