A lot of icons are invisible for me. Can anybody help me with that?

Hi, sorry for the late answer,

from your screenshot, it appears the issue comes from the lack of the 3.19 BTS patch. If you have the steam version, you'll find the patch in the available Beta program.

I've been having this same issue and can't seem to find a solution. I have no option in the betas for 3.19 and when I load it to check it shows up as already 3.19.
Haven't had an issue with any of the modmods except rife and RaL.

The beta is the one called original_release_unsupported

Got it working, sort of. My shortcuts now give me an Application load error 5:0000065434. It works if I load through steam and then load the mod.

Found some solutions in case anyone else comes across this problem.

This one got rid of the error but my mods still didn't load.

This one finally did the trick.

Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe" -applaunch 8800 "mod=\Rebirth and Legend"
Start in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization IV Beyond the Sword\Beyond the Sword\Mods"

I have a feeling I could have skipped the first step by using this different shortcut method.
