I managed to fix this late last night by simply copying any .lib files that it reported from the Platform SDK folder to the Toolkit 2003 folder as well. It seems to have problems finding some files in the Platform SDK lib folder???
It gave me another error about User32.lib as well so I did the same thing.
I dont know anything about compilers and such so this is a mystery to me. The copying fixed the problems but I dont know if it will cause problems down the track.
