I posted this in the funny screen shots thread about a week ago. As stated there, I rolled this awhile back and instead of playing it out, I stashed it away for later. I'm about to start playing this now and am interested in how others might play this one out. Please feel free to post any thoughts or play it out yourself.

Here is the start:

Settings:
Prince or Noble. I seriously can't remember. Monarch.
Fractal
No huts/events/vassals

The save

Well, I'd start off by building a work boat...

I'm sure the sensible thing would be to split it into two cities, but I'd leave it at one for the lolz. Being Dutch is great for the Dyke too.

I'd go something like WB, worker (for chopping), WB, warrior, warrior, settler. BW ASAP to chop, Hope for stone & go pyramids, though this city has so many forests you could probably chop it out yourself. Turn the city into a scientist specialist city.

1N on the face of it seems the only realistic move but that would lose ALL the hills the start generator has put in the BFC! SIP is pretty good, it leaves a spot that can use the two crabs 3S - you can see the tops of the trees, it's definitely a land tile. So Amst would have 3 offshore (1:commerce:) fish, and a clam, pretty decent but not ridiculous. SIP also means you can use all the 3:commerce: seafoods early if you want.

I would settle there and run a lot of specialists in that city.
Just my 2:commerce:. :)
Greetings,
yatta.

EDIT:
Prince or Noble. I seriously can't remember.
In the Victory Screen there is a sub-screen with the game option selected, the game level (Noble, Prince, ...) is also showed there.

Played till 0AD

Spoiler :
Tons of space around, no real problems getting 8 cities peacefully. For the early game this city is a settler pump par excellence - especially when random copper is discovered on the plains hill :goodjob:

Hanni has just gone red fist though so that's my rexing done for the time being.

Split is kinda meh too. I guess sip, but it really depends on surrounding land.

I really hate having one awesome site oddly enough. I feel that civ karma typically gives me set amount of good tiles and if they are all in the capitol it usually means rest of the land is poop.

Make a beeline for Sid's Sushi!

So far I'm just up to 580AD:

Spoiler :

Surrounding land is pretty crappy. I went for five cities and then just stopped. Four of the cities are coastal. Colossus, baby! I'm planning to go after Hanni with some cats and maces. I've never tried that kind of war before, so we shall see. After Hanni is dead, I think I can just sit back and go for a space win.

^^ Not a wonderful map, but it should be interesting to play.
Spoiler :
Your plan is to Vassal Hannibal after taking its capital and few cities, or you want to capture/raze all its cities and expand in all the southern part of the continent?
Greetings,
yatta.

Up to 1600s
Spoiler :

Hahaha...Vassalage is disabled. Anywho, I took his capital and second city with cats and maces. He had a bunch of crossbows and a few trebs. It got pretty bloody so WW became an issue. I sued for peace after taking the two cities. His capital is nice. AP and it's in my religion :) +GLH and Hanging Gardens.

Fast forward to 1500s. I declare again with curssiars and cannon. I also bribed China on him as well. The south is mine now and I'm in the midst of beating up his northern cities. WW is light but one AI recently switched to Emancipation. My economy is in pretty good shape despite all of that. The capital is churning out over 300bpt at 50% slider :)

I'll get some screenies later.
