Should the ISIS Civ mod be reupload?

I know this is really touchy subject but I'm sure some who didn't get this mod before it was taken down will likely never get it. Not on the workshop of course, but overall it's offline everywhere and I was wondering if it even should be re-uploaded?

EDIT: I said reupload, whoops, I meant re-uploaded. Well, not much i do to change my badly sounding english

EDIT again: I got the idea this topic is gonna be closed very, very fast. An I can understand why, but I hate it when stuff goes offline and well, this mod is.
and it's a shame too, it's a pretty well made mod. (Gameplay sense, it's still ISIS and I highly doubt anyone would want to play AS them, only against them)
