After making totally unrelated posts about this on another discussion, I decided that I would make a discussion for this reason
Simply said, I am looking for Social Policy mixtures that go well together, and if this flourishes, I might even make the full list and submit it on steam or something (IDK not expecting much from this thread) It must get boring going Tradition to Rationalism and than not caring about an ideology all the time, especially for new players. I am looking for these to spice up the game and give it a new take.
These mixtures include however many trees, ideologies (Well, if you want civil disorder, that is) and civilization combinations you can find and discuss.
Cliche ones such as Liberty-Tradition-Rationalism, or Tradition-Rationalism-Freedom are welcome, but it will not contribute much to the discussion.
If said combination is most easily achieved and/or suited with a certain civilization (IE Poland, Ethiopia, Aztec) than it is asked that you include the civilization in your post.
If you wish to create a name to generalize your combination (As Shown below), I encourage you to do so.
Below is the posted and my own combinations that either are proven to work, or seem rational
NOTE: You are not limited to any number of policies/tree's however 3-4 trees INCLUDING your ideology is ideal, however if you recommend to use the combination Poland, or other policy rich Civilization, I will encourage you to mention it.
If there is a certain strategy to go with the Combination, then by all means, share it with us.
If a policy is not required, but recommended for your combination(s), than put it in (parenthesis) as to mark it as to just that.
It is also worth mentioning if its BNW, G+K, or Vanilla, but I'm pretty sure most people with a brain would figure it out pretty much.
Now that the key is done, here is the list.

Spoiler :
Infrastructure
Tradition-Rationalism-Freedom
This is not specific to any civilization (But it is the most tried and proven to work Combination I know of), however India and Ethiopia can rock this with their UA's
All Out Warmonger
(Tradition)-Honor-Commerce-(Rationalism)-Autocracy
This is a combination centered on Warmongering. This approach is justified against choosing either liberty or tradition because if you choose this, you are almost certainly going for a Domination victory (I've done diplomatic and cultural victories with this also, so it's not completely bases on War) Shaka and Attila can rock this, but I find Japan to be better even though its not the best for Domination Victory.
Venetian Justification
Liberty-Commerce-(Patronage)-Freedom
This one is only justified when playing Venice. Commerce is swappable for Tradition, and rationalism may be added if you have extra culture. The liberty is probably confusing you, so let me explain.
Liberty gives you two great people with Venice (Ones a Merchant of Venice, and the other should be a merchant of Venice, however that is not set in stone) This means that by the time you research Optics, you will have three Merchants of Venice, and by that logic, 4 cities. After that, it is the simple process of finding good city states and taking them for yourself. Commerce just makes Venice Broken with its UA. Although this combination has no victory set in stone, you could try to also get Patronage so you can get that Diplomatic victory
