[SOLVED] Save games suddenly requiring DLC

Simply one day when I decide to play, I go to load my long game to play on. I see ALL my save games suddenly require DLC.

All my save games require those. I haven't installed or uninstalled anything from previous play in that save game.

I always had only vanilla civ5 which I installed from steam. My 5 hour game is lost now?
Is that a trick from 2k games to lure people to buy their DLC lol?

SOLVED!
Apparently steam messed up something. I just restarted steam and everything is fine.
