Is it just me or is the tech paradigm, especially in the beginning, quite slow compared to Civ2?
The problem gets sorted by the Industrial age, in a Democracy, but it got me a little worried. So is it a part of the game designed to keep us honest and to reflect the hardship of discovery?
I'm playing on Chieftan at the moment - still finding it tricky to adjust. So if anyone can answer my question, or even better, advise me on how to increase trade or science rates so I can improve my game?
