I was working on a Skyrim civil war scenario but currently lack the interest to continue. I was planning on making the cities civilizations and towns as minor civs, orc strongholds included. No need to let good resources go to waste so here you go.
An accurate map of Skyrim as seen in The Elder Scrolls V. The map was made by overlaying a map of Skyrim on the screen and replicating it within the World Builder. This is about as accurate a map of Skyrim you can create in the World Builder without hacking larger maps. The size of the map is 100x80 but the actual playable land area is closer to 64x52 due to the bordering mountains. I plopped in some wonders according to this and resources according to their real locations. Barbarians are Bandit & Forsworn camps. Placeholder civs and cities included in the very unfinished scenario. The map is not balanced. I prioritized accuracy over gameplay.
