Half of mainland England is covered in jungle, rest is mostly grassland and hills, with some plains and deserts to the north. England also has a lone city north of France and one north of China. The terrain is semi-developed, with roads connecting most of the cities and 2/5 of the tiles have irrigation or mines.
England has been to war with France before, and lost at least 3 cities to them. They are currently at war with Babylon who has just captured their northern city of Newcastle. They have also been in war with Egypt.

Threat Assessments:
England is currently allied with us. They are behind us in technology and have just lost a city to the Babylonians. They also didn't do well in the war against France. If England would want to attack us they have no forces in our territory and there is other nations between us.
England does not appear to be a threat to us and will most likely not turn against us.

The country has developed terrain (Estimated 60%), with road, mines and irrigation. They posses 1 size 3 city, their capital, Nimrud. Nimrud was a Babylonian colony until it was captured by Greek forces around 1400 AD and was later taken by the French.

Russia is located in the northwest of the world. The terrain has a lot of hills and it is believed that Russia has a good production base. The other most common terrain in Russia is grassland. There are also some mountains, forests and plains to be found. Most of the tiles are developed with roads, irrigation and mines, and all of their resources are connected.
Russia is currently at war with India and Babylon. Although their Indian campaign has given them a city, the attacks from the Babylons are weakening them. They have recently lost the city of Sverdlovsk to the Babylonians, and it is believed that they will lose more cities in the times to come.

The Babylonian country is consists mainly of grassland and plains. A fifth of the country is mountains, hills and forests. Babylonian cities are commonly in or close to size 12. Although the terrain surely could be more developed, most tiles around their cities are worked out with roads and irrigation/mines.
It is not believed that Babylon has a very strong production capability, as they lack mines on the hills and mountains and many cities has irrigated tiles instead of mining them. Babylon has earlier joined us against the Japaneese.

Threat Assessments:
Babylon is a cultural powerhouse. They have even managed to convert two Chinese cities. Therefore it is adviced to have a strong culture in those of our cities that border Babylon. Carefull planing is also recommended before conquering any Babylonian city, as the chance of it culture-flip back is quite big. Babylonian forces is currently doing a lot of damage to Russia and they might turn their main attention to us at any time.

Persia is the second strongest civilization after us. They are responsible for the destruction of Egypt, and it is believed that they soon will destroy both Rome and Zululand. Many years ago, a great war was organised by Fanatika which turned much of the world against the Persians. Still they have survived and grown stronger than ever before.
One thing that is interesting to see, is how weak the Persian culture is. Many of their cities has never expanded their cultural borders and Persia's cultural value is about one third of our own.
The Persian empire now consists of large areas of grassland, plains, hills, mountains and deserts. There also is a lot of forests and jungle. The terrains is well developed in the central areas of the empire, but the farther one come from the capital, the worse is the development. The only thing worth noting is that their road network is built to as good as all cities.

Threat Assessments:
Persia is the strongest civ in the game after us, and they are still expanding. Not Egypt, Rome or Zululand will manage to stand against the might of the Persian forces. If they expand further north, they may become a threat, but as of now, they are far away and not a danger to us.
