After Civ not being able to start up for about 2 weeks, I finally loaded it up. However, when I go to set up a game, the only Civilization it'll show is America, with graphical errors, and when I look at the current Civ, it only shows Arabia, which I have never loaded up, and random Civ. When I go to the multiplayer tab, no games show up, and my game crashes. The only DirectX version it'll start on, is the Windows 8 one, and even then, half the time it crashes anyway. When I go to my mods tab, it shows all my mods, I can't enable any of them, and when I go to set up a game, the same thing happens. I've verified the game cache 5 times, reset my computer 15 times, reinstalled Steam, and uninstalled the game. Does anyone know what to do here?
Update: As I was writing this, it stopped working completely, sometimes making it to the start menu, but crashing almost immediately. Does anyone know a way to fix this without upgrading my computer?
