Trying to export a .nif file under Civ 4, not letting me.

I am trying to port a .blend mesh (no textures) over to .nif under the game Civilization IV which is version 20.0.0.4, but when trying to export it I get a list of different errors, link here:

I have tried exporting under other games with no issue, just Civilization IV is doing this, what should I do according to the error list? I've tried to ascertain what the issue is but the only thing I can see is that it's an issue with python.
The addon I am using is Niftools found here:

My Blender version is 3.6.5

I'm afraid the both are not compatible (nif 20.0.0.4 not supported).
Should have a try with a earlier version (2.93 works fine for example).
