TSG131 Astronomy crash

Hey folks

I tried to play this game of the month (Babylon.) Every time I researched astronomy, civilization would crash to desktop.

I tried this on 2 different computers. I also tried getting to astronomy in multiple different ways. I have no other crash issues with the game.


Any ideas as to why?

(BTW, I'm not a noob, but I forgot my password and the reset email is not arriving in my Hotmail account.)

Its a file error. There is a thread on how to solve it. Let me see if i can find it.

Lol this isn't my first day.

That was the first thing I tried.

I even did a hard wipe of the game from my machine (uninstalled steam and civilization, and deleted all of the residual data and files from my PC.)

I'm not having this problem with any other games except when downloading save files.

The hard wipe usually solves the problem. I guess this is a problem for the 2k team
