I have three mods that change game speed, but I use none of them. Those three are Ironman speeds or something, Dynamic Eras and TacTurns.

However, I had a mod that disabled the world congress - it disabled it in the default game as well, even though that shouldn't be possible. Might be something that doesn't turn off.

What do you mean by non-modded custom setup screen? You need a mod to use the custom setup screen, as far as I know.
I can use custom setup screens for other mods, however, without problems. It's just this.

Edit: I just used the Custom Advanced Setup Screen mod, and at first it worked. After that, though, it stopped. The only difference from when it worked is that I enabled Revolutions, RED modpack and RED smaller landmarks.

I've been trying to find a good Earth Map with TSLs and haven't found one, I then come across this one and it looks like it should work but I can't get to the custom game option, I go to mods, single player but there is not custom game option, only start new game or load, and if it I am suppose to go to new game there is still no custom game there either, I've been searching half a day for a good TSL earth map and I am beginning to rip out my hair. Any help I get will need to be in more of a layman's terms, I like to play games and that is it. period. I don't know a whole lot about coding and changing things, I can navigate through folders in the computer pretty well but going to code I get really sketchy.

Yes. When I played this mod before, I used 40 civs, and I don't think that's the max, even.

WOW !!! i always hated it that some cool civ's cannot become a part of my campaign with the limit
of 22....

and to play with 35 for example i only need to install and play this mod ?

No, you'll need to look for some other mods. And there is one out there (also made by Gedemon) that allows for up to 60 civs at a time on the YNAEMP maps.

On that note, Gedemon, is there any chance of a 63-civ DLL being made? I recall 63 being the absolute maximum of possible civs.

is the giant map of this mod here ( the largest availabe ) larger than the Earth-map from vanilla game ?

how could you tell the game that more than 22 civs can be used now ?

There was something for that in the first post of this topic, I believe. And even then, you must place any and all custom civs you plan on including in the game in AI slots 2 through 22, and fill up the rest with official civs.
