Txt_key_errors!

I recently installed BoTS and I discover the appropriate techs for a civic. I can change the civic via the popup but I cannot use the civic advisor to change my civics. Also Mao Zedong's name got replaced with TXT_KEY_CHINESE_LEADER. The three gorges dam got replaced with something similar and the combat odds don't show up when I hover over the unit I want to attack. Finally when I go to declare war with someone else it says TXT_KEY_DECLARE_WAR_YES or _NO. What happened and how do I fix it?

what patch version is this, what operating system and is this on a machine with non-latin language operating system?

It should have all the patches, Windows XP, and I don't know.

is this a chinese/korean language windows or is it english? I guess if you don't know its english or similar language

Could you please start the game click on advanced then on about this build and post what that says?

Its english, and CIV version 303, save version 300, build 3.0.3.1

I try to open the zip file and it says corrupt. All the other zip files I have are also corrupt
