I get this error

failed loading xml file modules\MLF_CIV4modularloadingcontrols.xm

I installed Civ 4-Warlords-Beyond the Sword-BTS patch 3.19-Rise of Mankind 2.8-Rise of Mankind patch 2.81-Current Build Version: 1.60 Beta5 of A New Dawn beta and now I cannot even launch Civ 4 period . . .

No its not in My Documents, its all in Program Files.

I went to install that patch 1.55 and that seemed to do nothing, even said it cannot find patch or beta 1.53 and that it may create errors.

Anyhow I can't play Civ at all anymore now.

What can I do here?

Thanks for the reply Afforess. The problem was that I didn't have a zip program for my computer to use when it installed your mod, it gave me an error and then didn't work. I downloaded Winzip then it worked after that. I thought 7Zip was good enough, but I guess not.
