Unfounded religions in the Religions advisor

I've added a number of new religions to my mod that also includes BUG. I've noticed that religions that are not founded yet show up as pink squares in the horizontally scrolling section. I had a browse through some BTS and a few mods like Gods of Old and it seems I need to have 'greyed out' versions of the buttons named Religion_D.dds or similar.

However I could not find where these are defined in the Civ4ReligionInfo.xml and I didn't see any obvious (to me) reference in CvReligionScreen.py. Anyone know where I should be looking for these?

Looking at the CvReligionAdvisor screen, it seems that CvReligion has a function--getButtonDisabled()--that provides the name of the disabled button.

Looks like all one needs to do is have a *_D.dds file in the same location and it loads it automatically.
