Vasal/Capitulate Human to AI

Hello,

This subject was already discussed. I just wonder maybe something changed in the last 3 years and maybe it is possible now...
Are there any mods / xml edit tricks / etc which would make human player able to be vasal of AI?
After playing some scenario as many different civs I realized some of the civs has no other option but capitulate to stronger civ.

as of now I can only enter worldbuilder, edit diplomacy, and go back to the game :/

The Capitulation mod component is the only one I know of.

Regardless of what that page says, I don't think it is actually in BBAI or BBUGAI unless there is some configuration option for it that is off by default.
