Yes it was produced by Koei.

I recognized the style... many KOEI games have pictures with that style, and in an invisible black frame too.

But I have absoultely no idea what game it is... it is one from KOEI that I've never played.

I do have a KOEI collection... if I have the time to check out every game in there I might be able to answer... but I don't, esp. today.

I have played that one before... but I can't recall its name.... arrrggggghhhh!

It must be really old though. In my memory I played this on a 8088, with a green monochrome monitor.
