What is exactly altar of Luonnator

Could anybody please explain a little bit what altar of Luonnator exactly is? I couldn't find this from the History of FFH in the civilopedia. I don't have to know everything about this world, but this altar of whatever appears as a victory condition. So I want to know it a little.
