What is the best thread for modding questions?

Depends on what your question is.
Simple questions that don't really require in depth answers can be posted to the Quick Modding Questions Thread.
With questions/problems that would require more involved answers (like with developing a specific mod and troubleshooting it) you can post a new thread in the Mod Creation Help Subforum.
With more generic modding questions you could post a new thread in the main Creation & Customization Forum.
