In the video is also confirmed that Fetoria provides a copy of only luxury resources independently on altitude of CS. It also grants some defensive bonuses.

Theming bonuses for cultural buildings differ from building to building. The Louvre has four slots that, to get the theming bonus, must be filled with works from four different civilizations and four different eras. Couldn't make out what the theming bonus for the Great Library was on my phone, but we saw it in the video.

I belive G.L had 2 great writing pieces from two different nations. Not sure if they need to be the same era.

I've noticed that they added a new "Swap Works" tab to the Culture Screen.

World Congress Resolution "Cultural Heritage Site" grants +3:c5culture: for each World Wonder to its city. (17:24 of video)

Standing Army Tax - units maintenance costs raised by 25% (17:31).

Screenshots of NAU ability called "Sell Exotic Goods", and its yield:

The Freedom, Autocracy, and Order ideologies (formerly just represented by Policy trees) are now mandatory. Once you research Industrialization, you will be forced to pick one of the three. Each one lends itself to three of the four victory conditions (military, diplomatic, cultural, and science) and locks you out of the fourth. It also has a stronger effect on who your friends and rivals will be from the Industrial Era forward.

I think that's to much, I think you just hurt yourself by avoiding bonuses that help you win, rather than physically preventing you from winning because you picked the wrong ideology.

Can someone please provide a link to the demo video some of you are referring to?

I don't think he meant you are locked out of a victory. I rather understand it in such a way that the ideological tenets will grant bonuses to three out of four victory conditions.

Archaeologists ignore closed borders
I think you're jumping to a conclusion there... Ed said that Archaeologists could go into foreign territory, but he didn't specifically say that they don't require an Open Borders agreement to do so. At that point Portugal has Open Borders with France (there are French Caravans in Portuguese territory).

also you'll need 3 factories. the other way is go further to the Modern era, no factories needed there.

From the video this morning.

From the caption for the Stadium in the tech tree, it refers to a Zoo being a prereq for Stadiums.

So new Happiness building: Zoo
