Whats the lowest specs you are playing Civ V on?

I have completed 7 games on epic, no long turns, always less than 4 seconds.

Well goodie for u, but that's not what's happening to me, and I
Know several others having the same problem.

Whats the lowest specs you are playing Civ V on?

I'm using a mixture of obsolete hardware and self-updating software. It's definitely inferior to similar models of the same year of build, but I get by. And if I'm patient with its lack of speed, and keep it well supplied with snacks (in moderation), the old Wetware 1952 can still steal a cultural victory inside 300 turns.
