Where to get pitboss application for (non-expansion) Civ 4 Steam

Hi, I bought Civ 4 on Steam with a few friends, and we'd like to play a pitboss game, but I'm not able to find a pitboss version that is compatible with my game.

The official downloads page isn't working (it tells me there was an SQL error or something when I try), and pitboss servers I have found on other websites don't work with my Civ 4 version: when I try to connect it says the critical game files are incompatible versions. Any help is appreciated.

Simply unzip the attached and place in the same directory as the civ4 executable.
