Who benefit from religion beliefs?

Hi,
I know that this question has been asked several times, but i didnt find any convincing responses:

Are the followers of a religion (other civs than the founder civ with a majority of city converts to this religion) benefiting from
- the founder belief: no
- pantheon belief: yes
-follower belief: yes
-Enhancer belief: ??
- Reforms belief: ??

Another questions: what are the name of the mod that allows to improve/increase the information content displayed on the screen (city ect)?

tldr: Cities following a religion benefit from the Enhancer and Reformation beliefs of a foreign religion. Mostly it is straightforward, but I am not sure what needs to happen for Empire-oriented benefits like Reliquary and Charitable Missions to apply.

The name of the mod that you are looking for is almost certainly Enhanced User Interface.
