Why dont my units have pictures?

at the bottom of the screen in rtw my units dont have picrures like in any other game in civ 4 i play.why is this and how can it be fixed?

I believe that is standard in RtW.

Units are depicted by their NATO military icon instead of faces.

I actually like the units being depicted by their NATO military icons better in this mod. It lets me know exactly what types of units I have in an area.
