Windows 2000 Sound Fix

    Win 2000 users save your mind. To fix the NO SOUND problem you will have to do the following. In the readme.txt file under troubleshooting 2nd bullet it says:

    * If you experience movie performance problems on Windows 2000, replace the binkw32.dll in the folder you installed Civilization III into with the binkw32.dll located on the CD in the \Bink\Win2k folder.

    This will fix your NO sound problem. I was not having a problem with the movie performance per say. I just did not have any sound. Hope this helps.
