Wonders needing mountains

Hi all,

My smallish German empire has only one city with a mountain within 2 hexes. I have built Machu Pichu in that city (and it appears on that nearby mountain; nice touch ). My question is can I later build Neuschwanstien in that same city. There is only the one mountain hex near the city. Will I have to found (or conquer) another city with a nearby mountain to build Neuschwanstein?
