Is there a way to see how many hammers other civs have contributed to the World Fair before it finishes?

There is a tooltip that shows how much you have contributed, how much you need for 2nd and 3rd place, and how complete the project is.

Hover your cursor over the World's Fair icon on the end of your cities' name bar where you are working on it.
