Russian counter-attack pushes the Germans back into their own borders.

As for Vladivostok, I would say the following:
- It counts for a VIP city for the Russians.
- The Russians can, at any moment, change the VIP status of that city (Vladivostok) to any other coastal city.

I am still trying to figure out a fair punishment for Japan and Germany for breaking the rules!

We are not replaying the turns so there is a mistake somewhere.

I sent June Week1 on August 5th, so DAniel should have received Week2 (as it is Great Britain the last human player)
