I don't know what the record is, but ten wins in a row with the same defender is impressive. For the record, the city had 12% defense and was not on a hill, the longbowman was later affectionately renamed "bowie"
Shaka can only watch helplessly as his mighty host is decimated by a determined group of bowman on the city's outskirts. "So much for my plans of conquest." he muttered to himself as he angrily broke his spear in half.....
Well this is not the luck I have in my games. So often I lose 90% odds, but the chariots were basically just suiciding to the longbowman. Now if it were an actual proper unit then this would be a worthy tail.
I once had a 2 warriors (this was 3800bc) fend against 13 barbarian Archers, in my lone city, i was ready to see what happens when you have been defeated but i got a warrior up to 3 city attack with the experience and destroyed China with them, before upgrading them
