Isn't it strange, iirc, that movement penalty on polder tile is the same as on marsh? Polders shouldn't have any movement penalty.
EDIT: OK a polder is an improvement and an improvement doesn't change the movement penalty, but with a polder it should.

It's a quite ridiculous quality. Playing as the Dutch meeting Attila and then seeing one of his city's has a Dutch name although I've not been in war with him.
Finally an intrigue came out! I was warned by Hiawatha that Isabella was going for my city Huamanga. and this came true a few turns later. That's great!
