I voted yes, but I have an idea. If the border are not going to be influenced with culture, and that is better option, since borders were/are created with wars, culture could be used instead of religion. How :confused: Simple, you spread your culture and get bonuses, similar to religion ones...

I must admit, while playing BTS, it can be unfair not to get stone. So, I used to enter worldbuilder to givemyself stone - it is cheating. When I play Next War Advanced, I dont use this, because resources are discovered with technologies, and somehow and don't have need to use worldbuilder.

I don't even play BTS. I play some of the mods for BTS. Mostly, Next War Advanced.

I attack my nearest and dearest neihbour :-) Usually attack very early and if I play continets, I am trying to destroy all the civs on my continebt, so I could concetrate on building and researching.

Don't get insulted, but most of the proposals about Civ V can be implemented in some mod. I hope that Civ V won't be just some new mod with better graphics. Beside bunch of things I would like to see (and which can be easily implemented), I think that Civ V should have: - upgraded diplomacy...

Yes, but culture can be increased in other ways: tax money, buildings . . . so by giving more money to culture could replace wonders. My main motivation is to make wonders more useful. Culture bonus are not so useful in late games - because wonders are built mainly older cities. OK, great...
