DA 07: Member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Dr. Robert Ernest "Ron" Paul

Ron Paul will once again, for the first time since the 1800s, allow the almost magical powers of the market to work uninterupted.

What is your definition of socialism?

The stage of society immidiately before classless and stateless communism in which the means of production are democratically owned through local direct democracy and a state exists that operates via non local representative democracy. It is also called the dictatorship of the proletariat, which...

    Question for people in school.

Yes, I have disagreements with what the teachers say constantly. Usually I have no choice but to be quiet, but one once it go so bad I had to interject (a student teacher said Hitler was a communist, and the reason the U.S. invaded Germany was to stop the spread of communim). This immdiately...

Cuba's Foreign Minister to Bush - Takes one to know one

The article is very vague about the event. For example, when they say "pro-Chavez gunmen", it is not specified whether they are working for Chavez or are just other protesters. If they were working for Chavez wouldn't they just call them police or soldiers? I am very skeptical.

You have still failed to counter the arguments presented in the link regarding the media. Also, I do not think your message with your signature is clear. I am not sure if you a pro-Castro Socialist or just mocking him. As for the people killed, it is not good, but their is not enough...

Cuba's Foreign Minister to Bush - Takes one to know one

The article cites it's sources. If you think it's propoganda, then why don't you counter it's arguments. Statistics are not biased.

Cuba's Foreign Minister to Bush - Takes one to know one

I think this article clears up a lot of misconfusion and lies about Chavez. 90% of the media is privatized. A majority of the media companies are in opposition to Chavez. And luiz, I ask you, is your signature and your avatar just a joke or what? Please show the article about 1/300th of the air...

Cuba's Foreign Minister to Bush - Takes one to know one

If that was true, then why would his approval ratings be so high? And those numbers aren't rigged, it was a poll done by his opposition. Edit: He closed the TV station because it was calling for his assasination during the military coup in 2003. Their are still 4 other privately run stations...

Cuba's Foreign Minister to Bush - Takes one to know one

He was elected by democratic means. He does not crush opposition. In what way is he a dictator? He is popular because for the first time a government in Venezuela is not bowing into US corporate imperialism and is actually helping to distribute the wealth that is so concentrated into a few hands.

Cuba's Foreign Minister to Bush - Takes one to know one

It doesn't matter, the polls show his popularity at well over 50%. Also, according to the National Electoral Council of Venezuela, Chavez recieved more that 60%. Go to the section that says latest election in this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President_of_Venezuela#_note-CNEresults90.

Cuba's Foreign Minister to Bush - Takes one to know one

First of all, Chavez was elected, so that automatically shows he has a popularity of over 50%. Also, here is an article that shows Chavez's approval at 70.5% in 2005: http://www.greenleft.org.au/2005/626/34761. The demonizing of Chavez in America is some of the most obvious propoganda I have...

I need to know the alignment of the following people

It's hard to believe anyone would support someone who tortured 27,000 people. You're really showing your true colors here.

What percentage of the popular vote would Ron Paul get?

Ron Paul wants to bring us all back to the early 20th century in terms of economics. If he does get elected you will see immidiate concentration of wealth into a few hands, even more than it is currently. The sad part is that the people who support him now are the ones whos grandfathers were...
