I just replaced a Radeon HD5830 which did not have the problem. So I believe it is the videocard.

The drive still has about 125 GB free. It is an SSD.

It is on my C: drive just in the default location it installs. I am able to stop the problem by moving the leader screen detail to low, but I feel like I shouldn't need to do that. This seems to work even with the anti-aliasing set to 8x.

Have there been any other solutions to this? I am having the same problem.

I kind of figured this is what would have to be done. I never finished a game on the laptop, only on the desktop, so copying the files wouldn't be too big a deal. I just wish they implemented the hall of fame with steam or something so it syncs between computers.

Sounds interesting. Is there anyway to get top 5 or top 10 cities on there? I miss that stat.

I found another dual monitor program that is free so I am going to try it when I get home from work. It is called DisplayFusion. If anyone else has a chance, try it out and see if it solves the problem.
