  • The problem with dealing with tinpot strong(wo)men is that they can do a lot of damage on the local level.

I am always surprised by the level to which a party wose motto is 'we're not Marxists' can be called a leftist party by idiots, just like the English insist on having a 'Labour' party.
It seems ghostwriter wrote on your wall. Ghosty, if you're still checking this I just wanted to let you know I miss you old friend. :( Remember my email address? Get in touch!
"Unlawful", not "illegal". The former implies something which is criminal, the latter merely describes something with no legal standing.

I think you may have 'former' and 'latter' reversed, because 'illegal' implies something criminal and 'unlawful' something without legal basis.
Ah, so you're an anarcho-communist? I really don't know that much about you guys. Can you give me a basic description of what you believe?
I noticed that you have an "ask an anarchist" link in your sig. With that being said, what's your problem with the Caplan test, or with Rothbard specifically? (I know Ayn Rand has a ton of silly philosophy added to her libertarian-ish system... I'm not a fan of her either, and Milton Friedman is really squishy.)
You know, the first gift of independence will be to the banks to keep them in place and that won't entail just tax cuts and favourable treatment, but also, I suspect an undertaking not to do what the Scottish people seem to favour - i.e. establish a Scandinavian social welfare state.
I also get the impression that there's a lot of mustache twirling, top hat wearing and cigar smoking going on in the other pro-Union camp.
I was like eh on the whole independent Scotland thing then I started to read some of the pro-Union stuff at which point I figured out that the average pro-Unionist was an Englishman with a healthy contempt for all things Scottish and I changed my mind.
I just love your posts. Especially #94 in the RD Monarchy thread. Made me smile.
I write this here because the thread got closed.

This is about Jews in Feudal European social order, of course.
Jews were an ethnic group (with its own "national" religion - Judaism; and its own sacred language - Hebrew), who - after settling in various regions of Medieval Europe - became a social class (in European Feudal social order), because they occupied a certain economic niche and engaged only in certain professions, while not engaging in other professions. For example - there were hardly any Jewish farmers (peasants), which distinguished them from nearly all other European ethnic groups - in which majority of people were peasants and engaged in farming.
Hahaa yuuup. I don't agree with everything either, but damn is it good reading and damn does it leave you uncertain, which as you said, is great.
"Have you ever noticed that when a brown guy kills a bunch of people, it's because of culture or ideology, but when white guy kills a bunch a bunch of people, it's because he was insane, a ticking time-bomb, and all the culture and ideology was so much window-dressing."

Bravo TF, my respect for you!
May I point out that your description of gay marriage being approved by the Lahndan Parliament is almost word-for-word what happened in Argentina. Fun fact, the current 'progressive' and 'egalitarian' presidentess is a staunch anti-abortionist who's even more stubborn than the Pope, and the latter at least makes a moral case.
