I'm playing as Japan in the Earth scenario, and I'm wondering where I should place my cities. Including my capital, should I settle 2 or 3 cities? Where should I put them? Thanks

Hi God-Emperor, I tried your method to increase the number of nukes allowed, but when I try to exit the file, I am prompted to save the file, but when I do, it tells me access is denied. Do you know what I can do to bypass this, or is their another subforum I should go to?

I think this is a great game overall, but my main problem isn't with any of the mechanics. I'm not sure if someone said this before, but I really hate the music in the modern era. It's just so depressing compared to the music from the earlier eras. I often put off researching modern era techs...
