I'm playing just against her on a duel map, just to learn how to play properly. I'm trying to figure out diplomacy but this lady will. not. like me. As you can see, she has no reason to be angry. What the heck can I do to make her friendly?
Well I've been playing for a while... I didn't pick the settings arbitrarily; it's what I like to play with. It feels better because I'm all about the roleplaying and stuff. When I played on Standard size it felt so small, when I played on Normal speed it felt like I was hardly having time to...
Oh wow. Sorry Traius, I totally misread your comment. I'm a goof.
Fippy, the best reason for building around the sea is for trade, right? Because the lighthouses will help off-set the lack of food resources, and my economy will be stimulated from the trade routes without having to worry...
Well, I originally thought it because of the Fresh Water bonus from the lake, but it was pointed out to me that also, by settling there, I could immediately start working the tile with three hammers, allowing me to get my work boat out much faster.

When I loaded my game after installing BUG, none of the features were present and I couldn't open the options. When I started a new game, the features were there and I COULD open the options.
And... I hate having to ask all these questions. lol
What are WB files? What is BUFFY? What are...
I'M SORRY FOR THE HUGE MAP OKAY. I DIDN'T KNOW. I DIDN'T KNOWWWWW ;_;
Anyway, I installed BAT and BUG aaaaaand it looks like I have to start a new game to actually use them. Maybe I'll do that and post a proper game without posting three saves at the very beginning >_>;
