soul_warrior- If you really want to get the wooden spoon, you could disband your settler at the beginning. But maybe your team has too many idiots to figure that out .

Well I believe that everyone in our team just has spoon experience except for maybe jb1964. Bede has been a great teacher . I think that all of us agree that even though the spoons have been ours that the lessons learned are well worth the price of winning the spoon. We've trained hard..... now lets go get those spoons!!!

looks like a great challenge and I can spot almost all the really strong players of SG's and COTM here. Team Wacken and klarius seem scary. If we had some betting about the winner, their stakes would be very high.

Team Obormot looks loaded too. I like my team. Everyone is an Emperor/DG player. I wonder who would do better, 6 emperor players or 1 sid player and 5 regent players.

Furiey is now included in team tao and Obormot in team Obormot. Teams of seven are maybe not over the top as we are in the vacation season and this is likely to be a longer game.

Yes, klarius and Wacken do seem to feel the need for strong players to support them , but I'm sure that'll just make the other teams more determined to give them a run for their money.

edit: found "alon", so although we've (Tubby, Soul, jb, MM, eldar and I) had our share of pre-game PM's already and I'd like to play with them, the ball is in your camp.

Sorry. You're in, making Tubby a seven player team.

As I said we have a few seven member teams. We can keep it that way to make it easier to play through the vacation period amd over the longer duration of this game, and/or we can draft a couple of players into CDZ if this is acceptable to players or CDZ.

I've PM'd socralynnek about this as he had contacted me previously re SGOTM 7.

We could ask for a couple of volunteers from the seven-player teams to make up your numbers if that's acceptable to you and them? I assume additional players would have to be happy to use your CDZ forum for team discussions?

I'll set up the team threads tomorrow or Wednesday anyway, including one for CDZ, and you can join in if/when you are ready.

I seem to have tripped over software versions. stupidg (vanilla-only) moves from Team Durkz to Team Ivan, Methos is moved from Team Ivan to Team Durkz (PTW), and stagnate jumps ship from Team Durkz to Team Own (C3C).

Alan, for what it's worth, it's soul_warrior. The underscore gets blotted out by the underline. I think that typos in names prevent people from uploading games & such so I though that I'd bring that up before it's too late.
