When the game determines how many beakers to reward you does it take into account tech base cost or the the unresearched cost remaining in a technology when the Agreement expires? For example Tech 1's base cost of 500 or the 450 if you've researched into it a bit.

Hi, the game doesn't give enough details about how natural wonders work. Can they just be in your territory to get the full benefits or do they have to be a certain distance.
