I don't think I ever said thanks for this awesome mod. As it happens Civilizations is all I can play now until I get a new graphics card ('old' broke down). Fall from Heaven is like a whole new game. I love it.
Thanks to all of you who worked hard on this!
Patch B:
Playing as Ljosalfar. Elven Settlers can't seem to clear jungle no matter what research as been done. Neither can they raze improvements as I far as I can remember they used to be able to?
Even though my graphics card died the very same morning Shadow arrived I managed to play on my on-board graphics adapter to find the following:
* Goblins initially look like goblins, but then looks like some soldiers in yellow metal.
* A giant Ogre I think it was attacked my scout and after he...
Hidden cities should only be possible for races building underground. Finding the entrance to those cities would prove harder, but once found te secret is in the open.
Feature for the elven races scout units: Hidden steps
Available as upgrade.
Would effectively permit scouts to be hidden from enemy units while staying in a forest. This could even have 2 levels where the first level grants the hidden feature while not moving and the second level permit the...
Certain "boss" enemies will not let my units attack them due to fear, but I noticed the Treants summoned by the druids don't suffer at all from this and quite effectively kills any boss. A low number of resummons is all it takes.

I'm pretty sure him having Sanctify instead of Vitalize is a mixup in the code. I'll figure out how to change that myself and make him proper. He do knows Nature magic obviously as he can put upgrades into it.
Can't wait to see it. I do realise one has to put some thought into this so that it doesn't ruin the game. I guess one way to do it would be instead of changing alignment it could atleast change your standing towards other alignments.
Random events could change your standing towards other...
The main problem I have with this is the fact it's very easy to maintain a good relationship with an opposing faction. It's almost making alignment pointless other than initial reaction.
It's about the alignment, which as far as I am concerned should be changed in regards to your actions. Some actions give evil points and some give good points.
And since other races/factions who share this type of behavior would gain relationship where a race/faction who does not like such...
