    Hover ignore terrain cost not working

    The devastator began it's turn one tile west of the location shown in the screenshot. In spite of it's hover ability, this move cost 2 movement. Looks like it's the mag rails crossing territory. I'm at war with those jerks btw.

    orbital strike causes units to swap

    My rocket artillery is adjacent to a tile with an enemy satellite above it. This tile also has a friendly unit on it. Choosing orbital strike and clicking the tile causes my artillery to move into the tile and swap out with the other unit unless the unit is out of moves or told to fortify.

    Hutama denounces me, but the dialog shows him as still being friendly, and the modifier for warmongering (it's the warmongering) is not present. When my turn comes up, he is showing guarded with the warmonger modifier.

    Actually, my pc crashed during this game. I think it happened is after getting the first part of the quest. I picked up from a prior save and was never given part 1, and the two play troughs melded into one in my memory. Sorry, I am just the worst.

    Build a petrochemical plant in Mandira. Nearest oil is 8 hexes away. Considering this quest triggers on turn 10, and the objective building requires a first ring leaf tech, I suspect Firaxis did not intend for the player to require a third ring leaf tech to have a "chance" at completing it.

    Is there any news on modding? I haven't been able to find any. It would be very nice to have to ability to start porting or making new mods immediately upon release. That way even if the game is bland and uninteresting we can fix it. :crazyeye: I also hope the forum gets new BE smilies by day...
