I want to know if there are any good mods out there. I heard of a mod that puts together a bunch of mods, but I don't know. If you know where it is, I will be very thankful.

I played Civ4 a long time ago and loved it! But after a (long) time, I lost interest (and the game!) and stopped playing. Now I have got Civ5. Any important tips on game functions and AI? And is Monty still a war mongering bastar*?
