I love playin Civ3.. now that it's out of the way let me tell you that it gets boring for me after i've made the Universities.
I mean what's to look forward to?? Factories?? Hoover?? for what?? higher production?? to build what??

It's the Modern Age.. the other three working on Refining while I still discover Sanitation.

It costs only 200, u can start right away if u have Bronze Working, it lasts uptil flight and u even get 3 per turn culture out of it!.
Most games i'd rather have this than Great Library or Pyramids which are rather hotly contested.

I was playing an excellent game as Zulu with about 2/5th of the world map under my empire almost close to double the cultural value of my nearest rival the Germans with Iroquis, Americans, Aztecs trailing, me having wiped out the culture monger Babs early on.
