They were actually in my previous list, I ended up taking them out because my conscience was telling me that their way to a science win is much better for domination. After all, if your going to build a giant freaking army why not use it!? They are a very strong science civ though.

May I ask why you would move them up/down?

You guys make some interesting points. What I'm going to do is revise the list and probably add Aztecs and Netherlands to the list. Where abouts though? I don't know yet lol.

Over strategic resources you can build districts over them but you don't get the yields from them. So with the iron you'll still get the iron but you'll lose the production and science you would have got from it if you improved or worked it if that makes sense.

Also defender of the faith is godly in vanilla. Your playing as Russia so I assume you got the first religion? What did you pick as religious beliefs? Where abouts are you in the tech tree? Because if you are anywhere near Cossacks they will annihilate your friend whether he starts the war or...

So Pericles' Greece has received some praise since gathering storm. So much so that some put him into the god tier as far as single player is concerned. I just wanted to find out if that same praise translated into multiplayer? Thanks.

Russia is absolutely fantastic at getting to rock bands really quick thanks to choral music and Lavra's.

Just out of curiosity what civ do you think is better for even making rock bands? By this I mean which civ has the best chance at making several of them. I'm going to assume it's good faith generating civs right?

Ah! In R&F and gathering storm when you hit a golden age you can choose Monumentality as your dedication. It lets you buy your settlers and builders with faith!

Oh ok that makes sense. Which civ do you think is better in MP? Mali or Russia?
