One key element to remember, is that the German version that's released is in German, not just the game itself, but also the box and the manual. So, that version is pretty useless in the rest of Europe...

The release of the GERMAN version of the game was planned to ship the SAME date as the US release. This is no suprise. German translated games often get the same release date as the US one. This is no secret. The UK release date of the english version is still 4th of November
