Still having issues with graphics. Is this what RI is supposed to look like ?

Thanks . I like the icons , just find the actual terrain to be muddy/ blurry looking. not fond of the color resolution either. I can learn to like it , just the only disappointment. AND is a Mod .. A New Dawn for Rise of Mankind Mod Civ IV

just started playing RI and so far it is great. I notice the terrain graphics are dark , "muddy" and just hard to see. i was playing AND previously and the graphics were great. Any thing i can do in my settings or with a mod to make it better?

C,mon. No one has any thoughts or opinions ? Everyone uses either unlimited or one ? Single UPT is the reason Civ 5 and 6 are horrible.

playing AND and find my great general xp count doesnt increase or very rarely. is this a BUG repair or setting

Playing ROM 2.9 , and when I try to use the BUG strategy layer I get an error message (always 6 times) that blocks the screen and overlays on the turn based messages. It is an error of strategy layer INI file. I can still play , but any help would be appreciated

Sooo...I own the disc and installed to steam , but I can't play unless steam is functional ? WTF ? am I missing something here ?

Thanks..I copied the maps into the public maps folder , but still don't show up in the scenarios menu or custom menus.
