    Questions & Answers

But it doesnt even show the cities on the trade table. :-/ It doesnt show Messina, Pompeij or Rome (all of which I own) either, while it does for other civs. I could even gift Pompeij to Russia if I wanted! I have Egypt and Portugal as vassals, too, and it doesnt seem to work for them, either.

    Questions & Answers

Well, I tried gifting a formerly Malinese city to my vassal Carthage - shouldn't I be able to do that? And, besides, there aren't even any cities shown on the trade table - neither in red ("We're not willing to trade this") nor in white. The "cities"-section just doesnt exist. edit: Just for...

How come I can't gift cities to my vassals anymore? Is this RFC specific or what?

Oh, really? I have never noticed this. Thanks :)

What is the least useful building in RFC?

To be honest, I've never played a game of RFC until after Industrialism (due to long waiting time between turns...and due to my impatience) , so I never even had the chance to build most of these buildings. So I'll go for monuments - whenenver I need culture badly (which is almost never)...

    German speaker required...

They sounded good and were correct, grammar-wise. But most of them can only be used in a way that is not accurate game-wise, for example: PER2, original: <German>Bringen Sie bis zum Jahr 700 n. Chr. (Runde 161) 7 Weltwunder unter Ihre Kontrolle</German> This means that you must gain...

    German speaker required...

Ok, I'm done. It's quite a few changes I made, because (I've experienced this the hard way) it is crucial for the victory conditions to be as exact as possible:

Just to let the other german speakers know: I'm at it, you don't have to start working on it ;-)

    Help with Arabs

...which, for the german part, is wrong, as "control" can have two different meanings, only distinguishable by context. The correct version is: Kontrollieren Sie 3 heilige Schreine. Good night.

    Multiplayer tournament

Great idea! Count me in. My opinions on victory conditions: It is hard to compare the existing victory conditions - some UHVs are harder than others, score is very dependant on the civ you play (try reaching more points than Germany as Maya, for example). Other victory conditions are...

    A game this friday?

hey everybody, I thought I'd suggest a game this friday. Time: 10 AM CET (=4 AM on the US east coast and noon in Moscow). As players can enter and leave whenever they want, people from the US could join in later. Start: 600 A.D. Teamspeak: anyone interested? Unfortunately, I cant...

    Whitefire's Challenge - American Empire

It says "waiting for other civilizations" forever between turns, but that has been discussed before and doesn't belong here.

Sounds fun, I'd love to participate. But I hate waiting between turns :S Too bad.

Japan - How to Win? (General Strategy not UHV)

Yes, I'm running Commonwealth already. On the other hand, growth might not become a huge problem for the next few decades, since my territory in northern China and Mongolia isn't improved very well yet, so there's still room for economic growth.

Japan - How to Win? (General Strategy not UHV)

My most recent game as Japan was very interesting. I spawned, founded Kyoto and Tokyo (and that's it, for now). I noticed Christianity wasn't founded yet, so I tried - and founded Christianity in Tokyo! I conquered Seoul, and soon after some chinese city up north and Beijing (my goal...
