I love the new master buildings. They are fun and give interesting options. I especially like the mechanic of the armors and weapons that become obsolete when you upgrade your metal used (bronze, iron, mithril). I do think they could be improved however if they were less tied to the specific...
What about adding in a minor penalty for Grigori cities with a religion in them? Something like a +5% to maintenance for each religion. This would give them a reason to remove the religions. As it is now religion only benefits them. Of course this would only be fair if the Luonnator got back...
I think it would be nice flavorwise to limit the mana towers to one per city. It would also add a strategic element to the game in their placement and defense and slow down the Tower of Mastery victory condition which i find one of the easiest to beeline for.
I never noticed this summary before when hungrily downloading the next installment but i stumbled on this today and it is beautiful. Who did this up?

How about having the PoB grant some small bonus to the carrier to encourage them to remain mobile and vulnerable. I think a +1 defensive bonus would make sense as the carrier tries to make use of them as armor. This also keeps them meaningful once the Lurichuirp are eliminated.
This idea is not new but worth another consideration i think. I'd like to see the Victory conditions have a major, near game breaking, game effect when turned to 'off'. I'm sure the community can come up with better ideas but i'll get the ball rolling...
